1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you must have authority to act on its behalf. Provide accurate account details, protect access to your sign-in account, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. The service and availability

Kling 4.0 provides browser-based AI creation tools. Available workflows may accept text, images, video, or audio and use third-party models to generate or edit content. Available models, features, limits, queues, and generation times can change. A model label does not guarantee access to every feature advertised by a model developer.

During testing, features may be limited or interrupted. Save copies of results you want to keep; the service is not a permanent backup facility. We will communicate material changes affecting an existing paid commitment as required by applicable law.

3. Your uploads and permissions

You retain any rights you hold in the material you submit. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to upload it, send it to generation providers, and use it for your requested purpose. This includes relevant permissions for another person's image, voice, and personal information.

You authorize us and the providers involved in fulfilling your request to host, transmit, process, and display submitted material and generated results as needed to operate the requested service and address security or abuse. This permission does not transfer ownership of your inputs to us. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Generated results

AI results can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other results. You are responsible for reviewing them before use or publication and checking permissions, attribution, and any applicable model or provider restrictions.

These terms do not guarantee that generated content is copyrightable, exclusive, or free of third-party claims. They do not grant rights in third-party brands, people, or copyrighted works. Commercial use is subject to applicable rights and provider conditions; a paid purchase alone does not resolve those rights.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful content, child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, deceptive impersonation, harassment, or infringement of intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

Do not obtain unauthorized access, distribute malware, evade security controls, abuse free credits, or disrupt other users' access. We may investigate reported abuse and restrict accounts or content where reasonably necessary to protect users or comply with law.

6. Trial access, credits, and future purchases

Any trial access or promotional credits are subject to the limits displayed in the service and have no cash value. Generation requirements can vary by model and selected settings. Contact support if a task or credit balance appears incorrect.

Pricing and purchase terms are not established by this page. If paid features are offered, the amount, currency, billing interval, renewal and cancellation conditions, credit rules, and applicable refund terms must be shown before you authorize a purchase. Merely creating an account or accepting these terms does not authorize a charge. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

7. Service content and third-party services

Our software, interface, and original website materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. These terms permit use of the service and do not transfer rights in its software or branding.

Authentication, hosting, and generation services can depend on third parties. Their availability and applicable conditions can affect a requested workflow. Our Privacy Policy explains the information shared to operate these features.

Kling40.app is independently operated and is not an official website or service of Kuaishou or Kling AI. Third-party brand and model names are used to identify the relevant models and features; their use does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Suspension and ending use

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. We may restrict or suspend access for material violations, unlawful activity, security threats, or service discontinuation. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the restriction and provide a contact route for questions.

Ending access does not remove obligations that by their nature continue, including responsibility for prior misuse and protection of third-party rights. Any paid entitlements or refunds remain subject to applicable purchase terms and law.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or suitability of every generated result. Do not rely on generated content as professional advice or as the sole basis for consequential decisions.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer protections, or removes remedies available under applicable law. Responsibility for a dispute will be determined under the law that applies to it.

10. Changes and questions
