3. October 2026 — Planned full-model launch. Kling AI says wider access will roll out during October. It has not confirmed a specific date or when every account will receive access.

The timeline separates announcement, early access, and wider availability. Those are different milestones. The October window is Kling AI's stated plan, not a promise that every account or third-party generator will receive access on the same day.

How to check early access

1. Open the Kling 4.0 AI Video Generator and check the model choices currently shown. A model announced by Kling AI may not yet be available on this site.
2. Review the selected model, available modes, settings, and credit cost before generating. Flash access does not establish access to the full 4.0 model.
